The move-out photo the other party can verify for themselves

At move-out, the deposit often comes down to one line: “it was already like that”. An ordinary photo settles nothing. Every photo sealed by imoz.ch carries an engraved stamp and a QR code: the tenant, an expert or a judge scans it and confirms online that the image is authentic. No account, no need to take your word for it.

Capture date, property, landlord and tenant are written into the photo, not added on top. You can see at a glance what was recorded and when.

Verifiable without you, without an account

The QR opens the sealed record on imoz.ch: reference image, parties, date. The other party checks it for themselves; they do not have to trust you.

Any retouching makes verification fail

A SHA-256 fingerprint is sealed server-side on save. The slightest change to the image breaks the match: verification fails instead of lying.
