Per active lease: free for 1 lease, from CHF 29 per month. 14-day trial, monthly or yearly, cancellable at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period, without refund of the period started.
Self-hosted by DIZZUS GmbH on a dedicated server in Switzerland, with no third-party host. Providers: Stripe (subscription payment), Resend (emails) and Cloudflare (routing and protection of traffic).
Yes. Full export at any time and account deletion from settings. Some accounting records are kept for ten years by legal obligation (art. 958f CO).
Yes, through the tenant portal, by invitation. There they view their signed lease and their documents.
